Printed Books

If you receive a printed book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products—including eBooks, printable resources, worksheets, and downloadable materials—are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
